Simon Coll, founded in 1840, is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, which means that every step of making chocolate, from the roasting of selected American and African cocoa beans ,to the delicate wrapping of its bars, is made in house.
Sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin) and flavouring (vanilla).
Cocoa 25 % minimum. Milk solids 20% minimum
May contain nut traces. Gluten free.

Store in cool and dry place at 18ºC. If this is not possible, keep refrigerated, and remove from fridge some minutes before serving.
