Simon Coll, founded in 1840, is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, which means that every step of making chocolate, from the roasting of selected American and African cocoa beans ,to the delicate wrapping of its bars, is made in house.
Sugar, almonds (20%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin) and flavouring (vanilla).
Cocoa solids 32% minimum. Milk solids 20% minimum

Dessert wines: Tawny Port, Muscat, Pedro Ximenez sherry,Sauternes
Beer: Stout, Brown Ale
Coffee: Colombian,Kenyan, Sumatran, Yemeni,Ethiopian, and Kona
Store in cool and dry place at 18ºC. If this is not possible, keep refrigerated, and remove from fridge some minutes before serving.
