Simon Coll, founded in 1840, is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker, which means that every step of making chocolate, from the roasting of selected American and African cocoa beans ,to the delicate wrapping of its bars, is made in house.
Sugar, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), aroma (vanilla).
Cocoa 32 % minimum.
May contain milk and nut traces.
Store in cool and dry place at 18ºC. If this is not possible, keep refrigerated, and remove from fridge some minutes before serving.
