Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, maize starch, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavouring of natural vanilla and Bourbon vanilla powder.
Cocoa 60 % minimum.

preparation
To prepare a creamy and shiny hot drinking chocolate, break the chocolate in small chunks and dissolve them in hot water.
For a sweeter and less bitter flavour use milk instead of water.
Natural vanilla adds a very balanced and smooth taste.

For cooking: Adds flavour, shine and texture to sauces and stews, poultry, rice and vegetables.
Storage
Store in cool and dry place at 18ºC. If this is not possible, keep refrigerated, and remove from fridge some minutes before serving.
