WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Le Chat Blanch offers three different methods:

  • PayPal
  • Debit and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Bank Transfer (payment must be made within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise the order may be cancelled. Please send bank transfer slip to: lechat@lechatblanch.com  referring your order number.

Pay Pal is our payment gateway. You will be securely redirected to Paypal site when paying by debit or credit card. However, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to pay, just check out as a PayPal guest.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

Sorry, we don’t accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments currently.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

Yes, the minimum order is 800 baht.

Please make sure that all your items in your cart, after discounts applied, add up more than 800 baht when checking out

 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

Le Chat Blanch doesn’t charge delivery fees.

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

At present, we only deliver to Bangkok province.

However, if you live in one of its adjacent provinces (Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan…), within the range of our third-party express service providers Lalamove or Deliveree, we could arrange a delivery.

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

Every day. Our normal delivery time is the day after order received, from 16:00 to 19:00

If your order by 11:00 a.m., we may deliver the same day from 16:00 to 19:00

If you cannot receive your products from 16:00 to 19:00, write a note before checking out or contact us to arrange a mutually convenient date and time for the delivery.

 

HOW CAN I SET A PREFERRED DELIVERY TIME?

You can send us a note in your cart section just before checking out.
Below your items ordered, you will see a window with this heading:
“Preferred time for delivery? Other comments?”

HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

Our parcels are delivered by reliable third-party express delivery companies such as Lalamove and Deliveree.

When we ship chocolate, we gradually cool it down to 12°C before delivery. It travels inside insulated lunch boxes if delivered by motorcycle or in air-conditioned cars.

If you order chocolate, please keep it in the fridge or in an air-conditioned room.

 

HOW DO YOU CONFIRM DELIVERY TIME and ADDRESS?

After receiving your order, we may contact you to confirm your proposed delivery time or, if not possible, to schedule a new one.

We may also contact you if we have doubts regarding your address.

As we deal with perishable products and chocolate, we need to make sure that you, or someone else you designate, will be able to receive the parcel at the time arranged.

 

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE MY EMAIL AND MOBILE NUMBER?

Our third-party delivery companies require the receiver’s name and phone number.

Prior to delivery, we contact you to make sure you can receive your parcel.

We deliver then the order and send to you the real-time delivery tracking link by email, so you have control of the estimated time of delivery (it takes normally less than one hour)

 

CAN I CHANGE or CANCEL AN ORDER?

As a general rule, we don’t accept cancelations or order changes.

However, we may accept some item cancelations if the order has not been yet prepared. In this case, we would refund you for the cancelled items.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCT?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged or missing item, please contact us and we will happy to assist you and issue a refund or replacement. Please see or Returns & Refunds section.

 

CAN I BE BILLED TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT FROM THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes, mark “Use a different billing address” when checking out.

In case you want to pay with PayPal, don’t press straight the yellow PayPal button but add first your contact information, shipping address and billing address first. You will then be redirected to PayPal.
