Torrons Vicens has combined high level gastronomy and the Agramunt nougat tradition to create a new and innovative nougat concept.
"Natura" collection has been conceived by Torrons Vicens Nougat master Ángel Velasco and Albert Adrià, who worked as a pastry chef with his brother Ferran Adrià in elBulli, the iconic Michelin 3-star Spanish restaurant.
